Development is a lengthy process every nation goes through. Some achieve development with the help of stronger nations or do so independently.

Serving under British rule prior to being returned to China, Hong Kong currently enjoys its substantial development rate. My visit to Hong Kong back in March 2018 has given me a glimpse of what true development is like. Where people are driven to simply work, contributing to society as a whole. But alas this location still has its flaws. While skyscrapers dominate the land, old decaying buildings mix in with those owned by rich individuals.
For many enjoy it for what it initially seems to be, but alas action still must be taken to ensure change. It is a rather enjoyable location if you do not care about the petty politics involved. But as for me, I see potential in Hong Kong that can only be brought out through change.
